Junior Sales Manager – Latin America

Job Description:

  • Direct business responsibility for assigned territories
  • Daily communication with customers and partners
  • Regular international travel
  • Preparation of business documents and sales contracts
  • Cooperation with global representatives and business partners
  • Active participation in international exhibitions and trade shows

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or a technical field
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn technical aspects
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Willingness to live in Europe for 1–2 years (with frequent travel to Latin America under the guidance of a Senior Sales Manager)
  • During this period, full training will be provided
  • Accommodation is arranged and covered by SOMA
  • After completing the training phase, the candidate is expected to relocate to Mexico, where SOMA will operate a local office
