Service Technician for French-Speaking Markets

Job description

• After comprehensive training both abroad and locally, you will provide high-quality technical support and customer service to our clients
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of our equipment
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns
• Handle customer feedback, including technical concerns and warranty claims

Key requirements for the role

• High school or university education in electrical engineering
• Fluent in French and English
• Willingness to support not only France but also neighbouring French-speaking markets
• Experience with printing machinery, especially flexographic printing presses or similar industrial technologies, is considered an advantage
