The WIZARD - the build-in intelligence improves the operator skills during the changeover to such a level that now even marketing and HR people in SOMA perform the job changeover on Optima.

The Changeover Wizard feature guides the press operator through every step during the change-over process, working in combination with job recipes. The built-in intelligence in the flexo press analyzes the differences between the job currently being printed and the job that is next in line. Based on the analysis, the Wizard suggests the optimal steps to be taken during the job changeover. It is designed to be used by anyone, so that the primary press operator - as well as any assistant - may use the Wizard simultaneously.
